As per the Plan of Action for the Theme Based Cleanliness Drive for the Swatch Bharat Mission, many activities were conducted in Kendriya Vidyalayas across KVS RO Ranchi Ragion. Various activities were conducted as a part of “Swachh Bharath Abhiyaan”. Cleaning Abhiyaans were scheduled in which the staff and students took up the mission of cleaning the class rooms. Various competitions and activities also conducted.
PM SHRI Initiatives
There are 18 Vidyalaya under Ranchi are selected for PM SHRI scheme. It is centrally sponsored scheme initiated by the Government of India. Its objective is to establish over 14,500 PM SHRI Schools, overseen by the Central Government, State/UT Governments, local bodies, as well as Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS)
